I took my dog to this place to have him groomed. I showed pictures to the groomer how I wanted it done. I said I would wait. I got a shocked look - don't get why - and the employee said "Wait? It's gonna take 2 hours or more." I replied that I didn't mind waiting. The owner came in and once again I was "suggested" to leave. Unfortunately, that's what I did. They called me 1:10 later saying he was ready. When I got there, I wasn't quite happy with what I saw. Firstly, I expected less hair on his body, for what I was told "that's the way that we do here". I know by experience with previous groomers that it was perfectly possible to cut it shorter not jeopardizing his health.The legs and paws had more hair than it should. I asked the owner to have the groomer removing some more hair on the paws, but his bad attitude clearly made me feel that he wanted me just to shut up, pay and leave. In the end, the groomer just shaved the tips of his paws and when I got home I noticed how short they cut his nails, to the point that one was very red and with all signs that it had bled. What I regret the most, after the pain my baby certainly endured, is have paid (an expensive amount) for a very poor costumer service and questionable work. I'm glad his regular groomer is returning from vacation. People this days throw anything at customers and think we have to thank them and still be nice. Not me. I don't think I will ever return there.
