While my issue was not with any email problems (I was still receiving responses just fine from Zach), I will say that the owner Randy was very responsive to my post and called me within a matter of days personally to remedy the situation in regards to the poor customer service I had experienced. He has been very helpful the past couple of days in working to earn my respect and business. For this I have raised my star rating as he was professional enough to step up and work on making things right. I cannot say for sure I will end up using them but welcome the quote to put them in the mix while sorting everything out on the table.
