  • This place stole my sewing machine from me. I have little money so I got a very nice machine for little money from a pawn shop. I started having trouble with tension and very raggedy stitches I couldn't fix so I took it in for a free estimate. They advertise they give free estimates. A woman told me she fixed it in a few minutes for less than 2 dollars including a bobbin I didn't need. But, because she had already done the repair I would have to pay the 99 dollar service fee because that's their policy. After thinking about it, I sent an email to them telling them it was unfair and I want my machine back. They don't respond to it at all. Robbers without conscience or character. Beware.
