| - First i was super surprised that the Hilton became Westgate, I thought it was super cool because its off the strip but not to far away. So we checked into our hotel room and to our surprise there was a room service cart with food that had been eaten, there were no blankets on the bed and, not that we use them but there were no complementary shampoo or soup or anything. As if that room hadn't been put back together. We were so irritated and tired, it was hard for me to keep my composure with the staff. To add insult to injury I was cold transferred around on the phone and had to call the front desk several times before something was done. Eventually the we had gotten a new room. It was supposed to be an upgrade room, it really wasn't, and the manager comped us a buffet. OMG! Let me tell you about that buffet, it was not what I expected from Westgate. I expected so much more and better. They were running out of food, the salmon was under seasoned and dry, the prim rib was ok but could have been better, seating situation was unacceptable. I mean this place needs upgrades not only do they need upgrades but they need to hire a chef that cooks from scratch and not from a box or a bag. I could taste the difference in the quality of food. Now about the valet parking staff, talk about attitude. One guy had the nerve to ask for a tip his exact words (what no tip) i was beside myself with that one. There is so much more that I could go on but i have to go now.. everyone have a blessed day.
