rev:text	If I could give no stars I would..extremely poor service and miscommunication. Told me I was approved for a loan & that they contacted the bank and made sure I was approved before I left I was there waiting extremely long just to have it confirmed. I then left got to keep the car for three months then after a strain of events they left me a voicemail saying they had good news to get me a lower monthly payment. I contacted them nobody knew nothing of it found out they never submitted the paperwork to get me the loan. They randomly sent a repo guy to my house to pick up the car without giving notice. I don't know the whole entire process was shady and unprofessional on their end. They asked for more money when I said I'd like my money back this place gave my parents and I the run around for two weeks until I was able to get my down payment back. I'm a first time buyer I need to build credit and this was a used car they went to all the trouble to put me in hoops for. I don't recommend this to family or friends very unprofessional service and lack of communication. Not a solid simple process & they don't really remember their customers. I don't recommend. I have a car now and I'm very happy with where I ended up going afterwards..but I don't recommend going here for a smooth process or getting straight answers.
