rev:text	I'll start out by saying I TOTALLY DISAGREE with Andrew's one star review, as if you show up 15 minutes before closing time, I'd chase your ass off too!!! I'm assuming you would need to judge how long the process will take and be out of there by 8:00 or 8:15 (CLOSING TIME!). The employee might have a kid in day care or a family that needs her home for dinner and a bath! With that said, I'm very irritated because we created a piece for Father's Day. I was told it would be ready "Saturday" (today), the day before Father's Day. I'M STILL WAITING FOR A CALL THAT IT IS READY AND IT IS 5:30 p.m.!!!! My husband will be home in 30 minutes and once he is home and I have to run off, the surprise is SPOILED!!!! I WAS going to go to Mesa today for the day, but wanted to be sure I could pick up this piece to make SURE I have it for TOMORROW, so I cancelled my plans! I thought I could pick it up today when they opened, but found out it wasn't ready, but "would be ready" this afternoon!! Well, it is now close to CLOSING TIME!!! It BETTER BE READY SOON!!!! UPDATE: It's 7:00 at night and they close at 8:00. NO call and NO one answering the phone. So, I drive there not knowing if it was ready or not. The girl was super sweet and a bit nervous because I wasn't the only one there upset that their piece wasn't available for pick up sooner!!!! I grabbed mine and I will NEVER go back to this business or any of their locations. There are other options with the same business model!
