rev:text	I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts location for 3+ years almost every single morning for coffee. The speed of the drive-thru, the accuracy of my order, and the friendliness of the staff is unparalleled. First: At this location, regardless how long the drive-thru line looks in the morning, you will have your order within 5 minutes 99% of the time. The length of the drive-thru line is not indicative of slow service at this location, it is simply a very, very busy store. Second: I have been ordering a large, hot, caramel coffee with cream almost daily for 3+ years. The staff makes a mistake with my order MAYBE 3 times per year, and they always catch it themselves at the window prior to handing me my drink. The order accuracy is astounding. I do not ever seem to be misunderstood when I place my order nor does my order get prepared improperly. I am sure this helps with #1 (the speed of the window). Third:The staff does not seem to turn over very often, and they're incredibly friendly. I've never received bad service. They're always smiling even when they're insanely busy. They have to be exhausted, but they don't seem it. It's usually some younger kids working, but they're always incredibly, incredibly professional. I very, very rarely order food from this location, so I can't speak to anything but the coffee. And the coffee is perfection. Every time I visit a DD other than this location, I am disappointed in either the speed or the service. The Willoughby DD operates like a finely tuned machine, and I could not be happier this is the location I pass on my daily commute.
