rev:text	The rooms inside this hotel look nice and clean, however, the first room we were in, the air conditioning was so close to the bed that you couldn't sleep in the bed, it was so cold. Also, the room smelled and so did the hallways. This hotel houses a bunch of Indian families, especially in building 3, and they all live there permanently, which is fine in theory, however, the cooking can be smelled all throughout the hallways and goes into the rooms too. this is a hotel, the smells of neighboring rooms should not be seeping into other rooms and if it is a long term residence hotel, they should notify their customers of it. There is also a problem with their laundry capabilities. I received fresh towels and some of them had hair on it and some of them smelled like strong cologne, which obviously didn't wash well (so they were basically someone else's hand me down towels that I received) and when I needed an extra comforter because the air conditioning was blowing directly on the bed, they didn't have anymore to provide. They also provide breakfast, but it's a joke. The eggs don't look real, and their version of oatmeal is opening up a packet of instant oatmeal and pouring hot water over it, the hot water comes from the same filter as the coffee, so the hot water tastes like coffee, welcome to coffee tasting instant oatmeal, a new flavor created by comfort inn and suites at 160 gamma drive. They had a few bananas but they were so green, the whole time we were there, you couldn't eat them. They really shouldn't call it breakfast, that's false advertising. also, upon arrival, the check in workers at the desk are depressed looking and don't smile or welcome you. The customer service in this place is lacking, as is the quality. Should have stayed elsewhere.
