  • Today I had an appointment at noon. We had the car there on time. The lady at the front desk was very nice and told us all about the work they do,and even showed us examples of cars outside. We were told 3 hours, called around 4:15pm and they said come at 5:00pm. I didn't get my car until 6:05pm. I would rate higher if they would've called and said it was going to be longer. Good thing we had another car so we could do our errands.
