  • Why make an appointment. We had one for 3:20 after seeing everyone but us walking to the back.. our name is finally called 1hr later I asked the lady in the front desk if they were behind with appointment but she said no. i can only imagine what it's like when they are behind. I bet if I was late 5-10 mins late for the appointment they would make me reschedule it.
