  • I am giving Arizona Air Cleaners five stars for their OUTSTANDING customer service and the professionalism and cleaning job they did for me! I was needing to get my air ducts clean as I am about to have a newborn in the house and decided to give them a try. When I called I was presented with two options, basic cleaning and a sanitized cleaning. I was only looking for a basic cleaning at the time so I went with that option. I was given a time and told I would be called 30 minutes prior to arrival. All of this happened like they said it would and the tech, David, was even early which was perfect for me. David was very professional and answered all of my questions as well. During the cleaning there was a mishap where the air vent door fell and damaged the wall. Normally I would have been upset but the way they handled the situation was absolutely the definition of how customer service should be! They offered to upgrade my service no charge and were very generous with the final price. Things happen, but it is good to know that this company will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied! I am a stickler for customer service and this is one company I will recommend and continue to use myself for how they handled this situation! Five stars very well deserved!
