  • I went here for an X-RAY and here is the good and bad. Some of it is beyond their control but just an FYI. Pros- The woman working the desk was probably the best receptionist I have ever found in any medical facility in Phx, "enough said." The rest of the staff were nice The facility was clean, relaxed, and organized. Cons It took three hours to get an X-Ray. That is way too long for a facility that only had two people waiting to be seen ahead of me. Granted, I did not know what was going on inside but only two people left in all that time. I can see if it was packed but it was not. I know I was a walk in, but still. Not their fault but an FYI, the construction on Bethany and 19th Ave going north is a nightmare and extremely dangerous. I am resolved to not go near Christown Mall area for a year. It is extremely difficult and borderline impossible getting into and out to this facility alive! I would have given it four stars but took off one for the wait time. I did not take off a star for the construction since that is not their fault. However, giving fair warning to others to be careful or chose another Simonmed facility in town.
