  • We adopted our beautiful kitten from here and bc of this place we have her and for that alone they get a good 3 stars. Customer service- average. They are not warm with us as customer service people. They are only there to provide a service and that is it. We adopt our kitty who they said was a boy and paid the $80 adoption fee. After getting so excited about the adoption of a boy cat abd waiting a week until he gets neutered, they call us a day before we were scheduled for pick up and say that he is a she. Oops! Well we got attached already but we really did not want a female kitty. No apologies of their mistake was given. We went forward with it anyway. When we pick her up, there was no directions given verbally, they basically just handed ger to us and said bye. Again, there was no warmth in their service.
