I bought some food here the other day for my dog, and it just didn't agree with him. I called the store to tell them what was up; and they said come on back and swap it for something else, no problem. Now that's customer service! Mum said to me, when I told her about this, "of course they would - you've spent thousands of dollars there", to which I replied (and I'll tell you) NAH! They didn't even know who I was when I called, nor did they ask if I was a member ;)

-Packed with lots of helpful, smiling staff who obviously enjoy their jobs
-One of the only places that offers membership discounts on quality brands
