  • I'd say 4 1/2 stars. We were the same as everyone....... hesitant to stop and, boy, are we glad we did! The array of tacos, fresh corn tortillas, and the corn is the best "mexican street corn" I have had for a long time in Phoenix! The chipotle butter sauce was so good on the corn and the corn wasn't a KFC-caliber, marinated and sitting all day type! I even have to say that their types of salsa were great to try with fresh chips. There were 4 types that had me wishing I had more! I also am Irish and German and their selection of micro brews had me happy with me trying a few with my tacos. I like their 3 taco deal and added a side of corn. It hit the spot and really didn't damage my wallet either. My wife's margarita was above average too (but not the best in PHX)! The reason for 4 1/2 stars was the service. The food comes out fast, but I wish the server was more punctual at refills and the check. I think the server could have done better with recommending drinks for each type of taco. But it wasn't like it was horrible service (hostess was awesome and friendly), but 5 stars, the service needs to be perfect!
