  • Horrible place ever. This shop is just want to make money. I was looking for a IWC watch in blue on 5/3/2015. And they didn't have it in store at the time because they said it was discontinued. But the IWC is going to release a new one with EXACTLY same design but with a better movement in a week. So I paid in full and asked to ship it to me. I wanted a blue watch with navy strap, but the new model is going to be with a black strap so they told me to they would give me the blue strap that they had in store instead of the original it came with. Since this watch is for my husband, and he has pretty skinny wrist, I asked to try it first to make sure it would fit him. I tried it on, and it fitted me perfectly. So I paid in full and wait for the watch happily. The sales person who named CARMELITA told me that it would be shipped out in a week. After a week and half, it still hadn't shipped out yet, so I called the store. They asked for additional days since it is a special order from IWC. I finally got it in my hand on 5/30/2015. I opened it up and let my husband tried it on. The strap is way too big for him. I was quit confused about that and I tried it on myself. It was 2.5 inches longer. I called the store tried to talked to CARMELITA. Her colleague said she would not be back until 5/31/2015 3:15pm the next day. So I left her a message saying the situation that I was facing. I received her call on 3:21pm on 5/31/2015. After understanding the situation, she blamed me about not clarifying the shorter strap request by the time I was ordering the watch. So she only provided a solution for charging me additional $600 to put a special strap order and asked me to returned the one that it came with the watch. She also admitted that by the time I ordered the watch I tried the strap and that one fitted me perfectly. But she use the one is came with the watch as an excuse to blamed me on the wrong item that they sent to me. During the call, I repeated to say that I didn't blame to her or anything, I just asked for a free exchange for the strap that I ordered. She said her manager would only accept a exchange with additional $600. I recieved a wrong item and I had to pay for their fault. It doesn't make sense for me. So I asked for a return since it is a brand new watch. Ms. CARMELITA immediately told me they would not accept any return and this was my fault since I did't specify a "shorter" strap at the beginning. I asked to speak with her manager but he was on a important meeting and no time for me. Never ever to shop even stop at this place, you have chance to face the same problem as what I am facing right now.
