  • Went here for the second time. I wanted a specific design and one nail tech (that wasn't the one doing my nails) said she could do the design I wanted. So I decided to do French tips, to go with my design. When it was time for the design, suddenly no one could do it. Then they all proceeded to argue with me. Finally the owner said she could do it. But it was to late I was mad and the final coat was already set. If you want basic, this might be your place. But if you want a design, pick somewhere else. They also charge more than most other salons in Surprise. Won't be going back. I'll also add that the employees started arguing with each other in front of costumers. It was to late after you make a customer very frustrated.
