  • Excellent customer service. However, there are roaches and bugs and we are confident of bed bugs. Continental breakfast consists of a muffin, granola bar and coffee. Rooms come with all you need for an extended stay and they appear to have been recently remodeled. The long term residents are extremely friendly, as well. It appeared three rooms were under bed bug mitigation. I can't believe they continue renting rooms out knowing they have bed bugs throughout the buildings we were in. I would not recommend this place unless you like getting bit up by bed bugs.
