  • I am absolutely appalled by the new ways of AZFCU. 3 generations of my family have used AZFCU & now it is down to one because of all the unnecessary changes to the entire system of banking. Time couldn't even allow to explain how much I am beginning to despise this bank. Some examples of why are: rarely change machines in any branch - do you guys think no one uses cash or change anymore? There is someone at the door you have to explain your needs to who then directs you to ANOTHER person that you have to re-explain your needs to, it took OVER THREE WEEKS to get a replacement debit card in the mail, the mobile app has had a black portion covering your picture in the check deposit section, etc. I will be surprised if I stay with this bank much longer at all.
