  • So this is a follow up to my visit on 01/09/2018** I went back to this establishment on 01/24/2018 around 4:00pm to give what had been one of my absolute favorite places to stop for a bite to eat another shot. First and foremost I was greeted like I usually am by not one but two different hello and welcomes from the staff working that day. Julieta was the one that met me at the counter and as I have read in previous reviews her kindness and absolute professionalism was impeccable. Upon a brief conversation about my last visits she was very thoughtful and considerate and really went far above any customer service I had ever received at any establishment like this. She really honestly made me feel like a valued customer and I honestly couldn't speak higher about the customer service she provided. When I got to the food prep grill with my bowl in hand the cook greeted me with a kind hello and the issues I had the last two times were absolutely not at all present this time. The cook was very attentive with the food he was preparing,nothing was lost or wasted in prep, I honestly could tell the effort was being made. A tray was provided to allow me to move everything to a table, and of course the food upon completion was exceptional. Everything about this visit was incredible and I could tell that all my issues previously had been addressed in a professional and timely manner. I highly,highly recommend.
