  • I AM THRILLED with my MINI North Scottsdale experience. My previous vehicle was totaled over the weekend, and I found myself needing not only to find a fun, reliable vehicle that gets awesome MPGs and has a great maintenance package, but find it QUICKLY. Traveling to clients' homes is the hallmark of my business, and business is good. I can't lose days to vehicle shopping and all of the perils that can accompany that process. After two test drives I knew what the perfect MINI for me would be. They didn't have the exact color I wanted on the lot, so JAMES, our incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and non-pushy motoring specialist found one at another dealership and told us that it would be no problem to have it in a week or so. That was on Monday night. Imagine my relief and delight when he contacted me to tell me that he was able to get one from a closer dealership and it would be here on Wednesday (48 hours after I had ordered it). Now, keep in mind, that the paperwork was pretty much done Monday night. We had paid the deposit, and gotten the ball rolling on the rest of the papers that would need to be signed at the close of the deal - so it's not like the sale was depending on how fast James was able to get the vehicle to the Scottsdale location. He just went over and above. In the end, I got the car I wanted and then some! It came with a beautiful trim upgrade that I didn't have to pay for (it looks amazing), because James basically did whatever had to be done to get me in my MINI asap. The only model available in the color I wanted that he could get there that quickly had the trim upgrade, so the dealership ate that one in the name of EXEMPLARY customer service. The finance portion of the buying experience was fast, smooth and friendly. I'm quite certain I've ever found myself actually laughing and enjoying myself during this particular process before. BRAD was great. Again, very knowledgeable, friendly, non-pushy. He answered all of our questions, and I was out of the office and in my MINI, heading off to my next client before I knew it. RYAN, who was on hand to help out as well was super-friendly, and just added to the fun of the experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
