  • I made an appointment early last week and scheduled an oil change for a few days later. I usually take my car into the dealership for oil changes but decided to give Wilhelm a try mostly out of convenience as it's right across from my gym. I was really pleased with the service and the overall experience--cost, speed, waiting area. They were done inside of 45 minutes (dealership takes usually twice as long if not longer), and they were very pleasant to work with. No additional services were pushed on me, no surprises--thank goodness. What they did offer was a structured loyalty program with referral perks, which I have no problem taking a part in. They're a local company--keeps our money in AZ. Fingers crossed they are consistent with being this good/professional!
