  • Giving this company 1 star is too generous. I purchased a Groupon for $127 for a whole house cleaning (less than 2000 sq. ft.). Sounds like a great deal right? That's what I thought too but unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to receive it. I called this company to schedule an appointment to have my house cleaned before I moved out of my rental house. Scheduling the appointment was easy and we set a time and date before my move out date, no problem. However, the company called the afternoon before the scheduled date and asked to reschedule for the following week (the week I am no longer living in the house). I made it known that I was moving and even the day I scheduled was pushing it. When I received the call for the cancellation, I was told that they will "try and find a replacement to fill in for the service at that time and price" and "will call you back within the hour". This did not happen and I would not like a "fill in" to clean my carpets when I am specifically paying for their services. Also, the fact that they called the afternoon before the appointment is not only frustrating but infuriating as this is the last thing a tenant wants to deal with when ending their lease term. Be warned that small business companies like this promote services at a lower rate in order to generate business but often cannot fulfill their coupon promises due to overbooking. I believe this was an instance of that and no longer will go through Groupon for these types of services. Beware of the horrible service with this company and make sure to research these type of services more in depth before committing to a smaller business like this one.
