rev:text	I normally enjoy shopping at target.. this target is a travesty...i would put walmart above it and i haven't shopped at walmart for years. This target, I'm told, has recently changed it's policies and has lost one more customer, a customer who will be buying a lot of baby wipes and baby items from somewhere else for at least the next 2 years! First there is a baby registry... a touch screen where one can fill out ones name... however, this store doesn't have any of the scanners to add items to the registry! I was told they were all broken the day i went to sign up. The second time i was told they were all stolen..with no indication from the service person that they would ever be replaced...way to set up a system and fail to use it or maintain it. I had my baby shower. It was magical and filled with love and i got a lot of gifts.. I had registered at target only but only got a couple items with gift receipts so having told everyone I registered at target I assumed most people would shop there and just went rogue with some of the gifts because i had so much trouble registering my choices.. well this store... new policy...this store won't even let you exchange gifts for different sizes without a gift receipt unless the item is on your registry. Well first, lets consider, if it was on my registry, I wouldn't be returning it unless i got duplicates! I obviously had a baby shower; I'm treated like a shop lifter. If I picked an item and my loved one chose a different item that was similar...bigger, smaller my item wasn't in stock so they got the next closest thing etc., why can't i get an in store return voucher and get the right size or a different lovely baby item for the duplicates i got? The new policies are terrible.
