  • Their work looks amazing! Too bad it'll never be performed on my car. I emailed them November 22nd, and understandably didn't expect to hear back till after Thanksgiving. They finally responded the 27th, ignored ALL of what I was asking a quote for to get fixed minus one thing (which was probably the most expensive thing on my list), and I responded back the same day with a few questions and a follow up. It's now December 21st and I've not gotten a single thing from them back. I guess what I needed done just wasn't worth their time? I'm not sure, but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth given how they communicated (or didn't) with a potential customer.
