| - If you want a high octane, fun, and effective workout, Jab Fitness is the gym for you. This place is always a buzz with people looking to become or stay fit. I was nervous about joining because I'm about as far from fit as you can be. I've been working out there for a little over three months and have lost about 50 pounds during that time. The instructors and the owners have been nothing but supportive of my journey. There is an unspoken respect between all that we are all doing our best to survive the killer workouts, no matter how fit you are (or are not).
Each instructor brings his own style to the workouts. Having such diversity in the workouts has helped keep my body confused and my metabolism moving. This place cares about your fitness. They are available to help you meet your goals, answer your questions, and push you to your limits.
Bring your wraps, gloves, and a willingness to get your rear end kicked at every workout, no matter your fitness level.

During the hotter days it can get warm during the workout (I guess that could be a "pro" for some). **Since originally writing this review, the A/C has been fixed!
The environment might be overwhelming for newcomers, but only for shy folks.
Overall, Jab Fitness offers a fun and rigorous workout that is different each time.
