  • Hi all! I've lived here at San Cierra since January 1, 2015 and have had nothing but positive interactions with everyone here. The office staff has been wonderful and always prompt to answer questions or help me set up maintenance requests when needed. In the first few months there were a few things that were not working correctly. I put in several maintenance requests for things and they were either fixed or replaced within 10 days of my requests. Since I work nights the maintenance people really work around my timing so that they don't come early in the mornings and let me sleep. When something had to be replace they even gave me some upgrades (ceiling fans with light fixtures, new dishwasher, etc). I love this! I tend to travel a lot and do most of my shopping online and have things shipped. Thank God for the office staff, they accept all my packages and I can pick them up on my time and not have to go running around all over picking up boxes. They also sometimes sign for certified letters that are sent to me. I can't tell you how frustrating it was when my work was returned to sender (after they overnighted a package to me) because there was no one available to sign for it. Having this option has helped me work more efficiently with my out of state obligations. The only thing I'd like to change is being able to charge my rent on a credit card without having to pay an extra charge. I really want the points my card gives me so I can travel even more!!!! But I'll deal. This really is a beautiful, friendly place to live in a good neighborhood. There are many stores around here within 1 mile in almost any directions. The Chandler Mall is a 10 minute drive from here. Also, exploring the Farmers Markets and the wide variety of restaurants has been an adventure. All in my back yard!!!
