DO NOT GO HERE! My mother brought our Hotel Collection down comforter in to get cleaned on 11/25 (we were out of town). It was supposed to be ready on 11/28. I went THREE times over the course of 2 weeks and they couldn't find it! They said the little tag they put on it to identify that it's yours falls off when they clean it, so they just ask their comforters to describe what their comforter looks like when they pick it up. Seriously??? Um, it's white. Just like all the other down comforters. I had to ask them to open up each bag and look for the Hotel Collection tag. The completely uninterested girl opened up a few and said "sorry. it's not here" WOW! I left my number TWICE for the manager to call me. He never called. He eventually called my mother since her number was on the account and gave her some excuse about the owners being out of town. Then she never got called back. So she called again. They were out of town again. And again she called. Now they are only offering to pay us half of what the comforter costs to purchase these days (because I now have to replace my lost comforter, thankyouverymuch).
At the same time this all began, I brought in my boss's coat to get cleaned. I went back THREE times. First time, they said it was going to take 2 extra days to clean. So I went back 2 days later and they said it was going to take another 2 days. Again, I went back 2 days later and they said they couldn't get this one stain out and would I like the lady to try again. So I said "sure". I get home and my husband tells me they called earlier that morning and said if they work on the stain any further, it may ruin the coat! Why the hell wouldn't they tell me that when I was standing there??? So I promptly went back and picked up the coat.
I will NEVER go back there. Good luck to you, Tide, but you have lost my family's business.
