  • Truly HORRIBLE experience here!! My family and I went to a Las Vegas Golden Knights Event at the Ice Rink last night. The event was disorganized, the staff was rude and we did not get any pictures with the players we came to see or get any of our collectibles signed. When my husband approached Alex Tuch to get his Tuch jersey signed, the handler told Alex ,"No!" to which Alex responded,"But he has my jersey!" The handler then told Alex Tuch himself NO!!! I was beyond shocked an insulted by our treatment. We are Season Ticket Holders for the Golden Knights and support the team. I know they would not endorse this treatment toward their fans. We had a decent meal at Holsteins after which still couldn't change our overall sour mood caused by the Cosmopolitan Marketing Staff. I will post a picture of the female handler for Alex Tuch who's rudeness and lack of respect for customers and fans was downright deplorable at best. I wanted to go to Cosmopolitan for Foo Fighters on NYE, but NO THANK YOU!!! Cosmopolitan You are the WORST OF LAS VEGAS!!
