  • Wish I could give ZERO stars!! Technician showed up, and basically argued with my roommate and I about the quote she received over the phone saying it was "impossible" that she could have gotten that quote. He changed his story mid visit, saying that suddenly the sofa we has asked him to clean and scheduled wasn't on his agenda and that he didn't have the proper equipment. We literally have about 300 sq feet of carpet that needed to be cleaned and with all of the upselling and added on services, it would have been close to $300 extra!! Then to top it all off, he walked out on us saying that "I don't have to clean your house if I don't want"!!!! Worst service ever.
