rev:text	When I purchased my new Corolla I got the Larry Miller service plan. Since this dealership is closer to my house than the Toyota Larry Miller I took my car here several times, for regular maintenance. At first it seemed ok, I was doing regular oil changes. But oddly enough, one day after dropping it off they called me because they couldn't start it, supposedly the battery died, I never had issues with it, but being about 2 years old I figured out it was legit so I was ok and they replaced it. The next time, the call was because I had a flat tire, which again I didn't see, and they wanted to replace it because supposedly they couldn't fix it. I refuse since the price for one was what I had paid for all 4, took it to tire place where they fixed (for free, being under warranty) it without further issues. The last drop was that again, they called me stating that breaks were bad, so they fixed them. $300 later, my new breaks squeaked, I took it back and had them look at them again and they stated that it was normal. So the next service I went to Toyota instead, they had to change the rotors altogether, what VW installed was wrong, hence the squeaking noise. They never admitted any wrong doing of course, even after I took them the faulty parts. The service manger was condescending while talking to me, and didn't apologize and certainly denied any wrong doing, after I explained all of the issues above. That attitude alone will keep me away from this dealership for life. Terrible customer service from the top down.
