  • Close friend of mine referred me to Doug and Kirsten for selling my property in Gilbert. The family that purchased it decided to rent it for 6 months before purchasing, which later turned into being rented to them for 2 years before it finally got sold. Multiple issues went on with the renters, from carpets getting ripped out, to them wanting to re-pipe the gas line without my consent. To top it off, they had a mold inspector visit the house and had the inspector convinced the renters there was a huge mold problem and i needed to pay $3k immediately. Kirsten stepped in and we literally spoke daily to settle on each and every single item. I almost felt bad since they did not receive a commission for 2 years with all this work, and was glad it finally got sold and everybody walked away happy. I will continue to do business as a real esatete investor and would recommend them highly.
