  • Smile is one of the easiest thing that we can do to make others happy. I know that Zara is at the sale time and it is tough for all of its staffs. However, I don't like the negative and unfriendly attitude that I can clearly notice from employees. I'm not surprised that not only I but also other people feel disappointed about customer service. I pay for my clothes, so please stop showing the face like I own them something. Although I really love Zara, a great and fashionable brand, I can't give this store higher grade than 3. Staffs in kid area seem to be better and nicer!!!
