  • I've had my car serviced at Pep Boys for about 10 years. I have always been happy with the service and the outcome. Recently I had my first issue with a repair. The GM, Glen, went the extra mile to make me happy and save me as a customer. He listened and came up with a solution that was more than fair. If you've ever had your car repaired, you know that not everything is perfect all the time. How you're treated after the fact makes all the difference.
