  • I don't think Jiliann B assessment is fair. I am very familiar with this complex. It is nice and yes they do have income restrictions. The reduced rent comes in very handy during this economy, at a time when I lost my home and my job. I found a community where I felt safe and was treated very well by the entire staff. Whenever I have needed anything repaired they are prompt. The office staff genuinely cares about you. They have all worked here for a very long time. I would recommend this complex to anyone who needs a safe, affordable and well taken care of place to live. You will always have an unhappy and hard to please person in every group. I am among the happy.
