  • This revolving 360 degree restaurant is located on the 24th flr. of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. We went for reverse happy hour and had the chocolate four-less cake with cocktails. If you like fudge, order the flour-less cake. Be warned, it is small. The restaurant has a romantic feel with a beautiful view. For a Tuesday night, service was very slow. The name doesn't fit the restaurant...they might wan to consider renaming it.
