  • Been coming to this pool a couple of times a month for 8 years. Always thought it was a beautiful pool with beautiful views. Unfortunately, the last couple of times I've come here service has gone way down. Today I came to relax by the pool for my birthday with my wife. Once we found a good place to relax we saw a server who was delivering drinks to the table next to us. We just asked if we could see a menu and you would have thought we asked her for a kidney. Just found out her name is Kris because she isn't wearing a name tag. Needless to say after 30 minutes never got a menu. We asked another server for a menu and she was more pleasant and brought one back in 2 minutes. But after 15 minutes never came back to take our order. Finally I just had to get up and go to the bar to order. Frustrating start to my day. The M needs to hire servers who actually care about providing service. Really disappointed.
