I have been to this location a few times before. I have never been here for service though. My car was apart of a nationwide recall for airbags.
I made an appointment a week before and dropped my car off. I did enjoy the coffee area and treats. The complimentary shuttle back to my house was great too. But with that, I know dealerships will want to make money off of unassuming people.
An employee called to inform me of all the things wrong with my car and how much it would cost me. I only came to drop off my car to get my airbag fixed, not to be bombarded by costs that I cannot afford. I appreciate them for looking into it, but I just got annoyed when all these figures were rattled to me on the phone.
I also was charged for something I didn't ask for, but the employee rectified that situation. I don't go to dealerships often, but I wonder if this is standard practice. Overall, I'm ok with how I was treated and would come back again if need be.
