Throwing around the term "premium" pretty loosely. Its 92 degrees on a saturday. Parking is packed (The only positive about this place is the parking structure lights that indicate in green or red whether a stall is open). But both elevators is out of service. Going up and down 4 flights of stairs in the mid day sun.... alright it's cool, let's burn off yesterday's lunch buffet. But then inside the complex it's under going renovations. Everyone is gridlocked like the strip on a friday night at 630pm, all the while you're trying to peak over divider tarps trying to navigate which shop you might want to peruse. On top of that, only one restroom is available and hard to find. Stores are alright, but not that much of any real bargains going on.
