| - I bought a reasonable priced groupon to go here. I get there a few b4 my apt, and there giving the new employee, a BRAND NEW grad ,her training. This" training" consists of 2 whole mins....Before her first client, me. (She still had her coat on, etc. Literally, she just got to her first day @ work).
The poor girl didn't know where any tools were; example nail polish .How the place did pedicures, where to even start. I wouldn't of either! She just walked in to day #1.
Fast food restaurants give employees with experience, a few weeks of training. Getting a pedi involves sharp tools on your feet. How does this place know she even knows how to use such devices?
Its 100% not the new girl's fault. She was sweet as can be. Rather, its all her coworkers fault. Whom put her in such an embarrassing, traumatic, and unprofessional situation .
The new girl felt awful. As did I for her! Dont go here. We have all been the new person @ work. Any place that does this is a real piece in my book. The end.
