So here we are again...We are still waiting for the insurance premium credit from last month, which was paid and now it also is appearing on this month's statement. We DO NOT want the insurance through your company!!! We HAVE and HAVE HAD insurance since before we moved in!
I have spoken to numerous people including Stacey Thomas, Samantha Brockwell, Becky Ross, someone from your office in Arizona and Effective Coverage to try and resolve this issue.
Effective coverage said the discovered the problem, a clerical error, and would resolve the problem.
Why is it so difficult to fix YOUR mistake??? In the mean time we continue to be billed for a service we don't need and don't want.
Please advise ASAP.
