I've been an account holder with Bank of America since 1996. My wallet was recently stolen and I've had no access to my funds, credit cards nor my bank account for a few days now. I replaced my card but I cannot wait The full-term to get my card replaced. I have groceries and gas that I need. I went into this branch today to get assistance with replacement debit card and the bank agent did nothing more than make me feel like I was the inconvenience. He said that I needed an appointment but that he would squeeze me in. I'm sorry, I've been with you since 1996 and I can tell you that situations like this, you could've just asked me to wait.
I'm confident that my decision to move to a credit union will benefit me more.
