| - I only come to Quickly boba for two things: The Boba specials for $1.99, which is only the Milk Tea, Chocolate Milk tea, and Coffee Milk tea. Good deal. Just a heads up, this was the first place that I've ever had boba with miniature sized tapioca balls. I never knew there was anything smaller than the normal size ones. It was not much of a big difference in texture or taste, it just seemed to be a little different since I am so accustomed to the regular ones. Another time I ordered boba, it had the regular boba balls. I never asked the employee about it. So if its not to your liking, then I would suggest informing them upon ordering the drink with the correct boba ball sizes.
Another favorite of mines here is the Popcorn Chicken! ($5) on the Quickly Snacks menu. Definitely give it a try. It's deep fried chicken pieces with lots of seasoning to it that gives it a mild spicy taste. It's served in an open paper bag, just as if you were to order a regular popcorn for the movies. Except its chicken! It also comes with midsize skewers or big toothpicks for you to poke the chicken with and then eat. I've shared the french fries too with a friend one time, but it was OK.
The ambiance feels relaxed. Bright yellow walls, couple TV's on, background music, and they even have a shelf area with a variety of board games and even a bunch of deck cards for customers to play with.
Being that its conveniently located near my work, I can occasionally stop in during my lunch breaks. The big downside for me is its CASH ONLY.
