Non existent customer service. Completely non responsive to emails, Facebook messages, phone calls and text messages. I'm not sure how she's been able to train anyone's dogs because she flat out does not respond. When I was finally able to get her on the phone (because she surely didn't call me back) she was rude. I thought hey whatever she's nearby and the class is affordable so I'll try it out. I thought I would be able to make this summer class work with my schedule but I have too many things going on to make it work. I reached out again the next morning via text (to the same number she sent me her address from) to let Carol Fox know that it wouldn't work and asked her when the next session started. Again my question was met with silence. I will gladly take my business to a company that communicates with potential clients.
