  • I'm here once a month or so to ship things. First I want to say this is the only post office for ALL OF DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH that has customer service employees. The rest are drop boxes. If you come in on your lunch hour be prepared to spend half your lunch hour in line because for some reason there's consistently only one person working, again, FOR ALL OF DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH, during lunch times. As most post offices, the workers are miserable AF which in turn makes me more miserable to be there. My gripe goes deeper than just this post office I hate most of them, but I also hate spending half my lunch in line to drop a box that's already paid (because I come prepared to just drop for a scan).
