  • Upon first glance it looked like a cool place to grab a bite to eat and a drink before heading to a concert. Well I was wrong!! When you go in, it's unclear if you seat yourself or have to wait to be seated. When asking any of the unfriendly workers if you can seat yourself, they look at you like you're an idiot then say "yeah". No introduction or even a smile when our less than average bartender/waitress came to get our order. Then the food was brought out, which we were missing a few things, when trying to get the grumps attention was completely and totally ignored!! A Bud Light girl physically tapped this lady on the shoulder to get her attention and had absolutely no response. She (the BL girl) went and got what we were missing. Oh and the food was tasteless. At this disappointing establishment, I felt customers are more of a burden than a patron. If you don't like your job, quit. Serving is not for a everyone. Not one single employee there smiled or seemed to care. Definitely recommend not going there. Like ever. You should be ashamed of the business you're operating and the people you hire. If it were possible, I'd give negative stars.
