  • 3.5 Went here looking for some business services. The consolidation of Kinkos with Fedex gives the franchises a unique opportunity to support businesses looking to do direct marketing campaigns. They'll print, edit (though not too much) and ship your needs across the world. With the two big brand names, you are bound to end up at the location, except... Fedex is expensive. Its a next day service. And while you may need next day services often, the reality is that if you are doing some kind of direct marketingthe shipping costs are too expensive. Better to print it here or at a local print shop and take your material to Canada Post. They don't ship via Canada post so its a disadvantage in terms of offering a total product offering :s However, they do provide you with an option of getting it prepped and ready for drop off at Canada Post. From the purpose of my visit, it is a 3 star because of the limited options for shipment. However, the service was good. They have one attendant at a stand right near the doors, almost like a receptionist, waiting for you to direct you to the right people or to assist you on the spot. Its a bright store with lots of outside lighting which gives it a very open appeal when you are inside. The location is a great one given the # of soft businesses (not manufacturing, lots of services based businesses or head offices) in the area. From a personal use perspective, its a 4. So a 3.5 average!
