  • This rating is for poor customer service. I come to Le Peep about twice a week, not because it's my preference but because the selection is limited in the Arboretum for breakfast. This morning I call in my order as I always do and walk over to pick it up. A woman (I can only assume is the owner/ manager) brings it out and says to me, "the girls here told me you guys don't give them a discount." I looked at her a bit confused...I was just there to pick up my breakfast. She then went on about how they offer discounts to ppl that offer her employees a discount. (didn't ask for a discount) I told her I work for a franchise and that we also offer our guest tons of ways to save. She then thought it was necessary to tell me the franchise I work for (not own) is pretty big. (Awkward silence) On my way out she told me to have a good day, and I told her to have a better one. Very inappropriate and way too early for the nonsense....I guess Manhattan will get all of my money now.
