  • I chose this location because it was more affordable than another place I had reviewed the year before. I kept asking for the "final fee", my "total cost out the door" etc. Kept being assured that what they told me was it. It was a fee I could afford. The day before the surgery, the hospital calls and tells me I have to come up with 20%, over $1600 to have my surgery the next day! WLIA made it sound like this was my fault. I also wish they had more locations for the surgeries. I had to travel all the way to PHX St. Luke's and it was the the worse experience I have ever had in a hospital in over 40 years. Other than that, Dr. Orris and WLIA have bee good.
