  • I thought this was going to be a great option for buying a new car. As I was looking at their inventory online a box popped up inviting me to online chat. The salesman asked questions about what I was looking for and said he would get back to me with some options. One of the questions he asked was whether or not I would need financing. I said I would be paying in cash and I think that was the deal breaker. I got some sales emails but no one ever got back to me with cars that fit what I was looking for. Even when I replied and told them this, still nothing. Clearly if they can't take advantage of you with interest rates, they don't want to sell you a car. I just wish they hadn't wasted so much of my time with the online chat.
